scolyer Posted August 9, 2004 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2004 Good Morning, We will be taking the AOS 8/22 cruise. Upon returning our flight does not leave until early evening. Looking for a safe place to stow lugggage so we can spend the day in Old San Juan without going to the airport and back. Any ideas??? Also read that San Juan is basically closed on Sundays. True or false?? Thanks for the help, Sue
MarkMichaels Posted August 9, 2004 #2 Share Posted August 9, 2004 There is a place in Old San Juan that will store your luggage for free while you wonder around. I can't remeber the name of it, but it will be in your Compass. Take your time getting off the ship, the stores tend to open between 9 and 10 if your going to shop in Old San Juan, most of them seemed to be open in March on Sunday by 10 or so. trish1c Posted August 9, 2004 #3 Share Posted August 9, 2004 Or something like that; I can never remember the extact name -- it's by the Carnival Pier about 1 block from the Wyndham Old San Juan. She'll store your stuff for $1 per bag. It was great.
