How to book Specialty dining?

We are sailing on Infinity on 17th June, CC Select and in a Concierge class cabin. Am I correct in thinking that I can book the SS United States in advance, and if so how do I do that? I have been on the X site and could not find a way to book.

Call Celebrity's 800 number and they will put you in touch with the correct department. And yes, since you are a CC member, you can reserve the specialty restaurant once you are within 60 days of sailing.
