has anyone done this particular tour, it's through princess, sounds nice but very open to change and whatever the pilot feels at that time. also it doesn't mention mendenhall glacier, is this a mistake not to get a flight that includes mendenhall? thanks for any input

This tour references being done by TEMSCO who does have Mendenhall permits, however, it is no better/worse than other glaciers in my opinion. Just more known. Glaciers are in a constant state of change and your trip will be unique for the conditions. It is an excellent tour, since longer offers you more sightseeing. :)
