fmax Posted March 11, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted March 11, 2008 A really interesting city. When you arrive in the Port it looks very industrial but when you walk 10 mins into town, you turn a corner and come across a beautiful city. There were students in the centre of the town who offered walking tours - can't remember how much they were, but recall it didn't seem that much. California Native Posted May 28, 2008 #6 Share Posted May 28, 2008 As of Mid May 2008, the walking tours were 20 Euro. The TI has wonderful walking maps which is located in Peristil Square. Split has a great City Museum and Ethnographic Museum If you would like to view our Split photo albums just go to our personal travel website and into the Croatia section. http://when.do.we.leave.googlepages.com/
