Dry/Wet Dock Schedule

A wet dock is a dock where the level of water in the dock is maintained despite the raising and lowering of the tide. This makes transfer of cargo easier. It works like a lock which controls the water level and allows passage of ships. (Thanks to Wikipedia)

Shadow in Wet Dock from Jan 12-15, 2008 (before World Cruise)

Checking the Silversea website, there is no voyage #3801 from January 7 to 15 (right after the Christmas-New Year cruise and right before the 2008 world cruise) for the Shadow. So what happens between January 7 to 12, just before drydock? Perhaps a short charter, or they allow more time for flexibility in drydock. I guess the 2008 world cruisers will get a well maintained ship, good luck!
