Tobin Posted April 24, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2004 Has anyone had any experience with pier pick up of documents at Canada Place? We are on the NCL Sun. Have been to Canada Place before and I can't recall every seeing a document pick up desk.
Budget Queen Posted April 25, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 25, 2004 Yes I have had pier pick up- will usually be at a "special services" desk. Just ask the employee monitoring the lines.

Rare Coral Posted April 25, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 25, 2004 When you book a last minute cruise, you often have to do a pier pickup. We booked a cruise 3 weeks before sailing and had to do this in FLL.

Budget Queen Posted April 26, 2004 #9 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Inquire directly from your booking agent as to where the documents are?? They may be "lost in the mail?" etc.
merlin123 Posted April 28, 2004 #10 Share Posted April 28, 2004 Coming from Australia and having booked through a TA in Florida, we did a pier pick-up. I was quite worried about this but it turned out fine. We cruised with Celebrity. We arrived at Canada Place, our suitcases were whisked away (we knew the cabin number) and proceded through the security area and went through to the Celebrity desk. There was no package per se to pick up. They just had us sign a few documents and I handed over the credit card for an imprint and got a cabin card to use. We had filled out various documents online and brought those with us, along with all my receipts from the TA. Have a great cruise.
