We rented from Cowpet last year. It's a short 5 min walk, or they will pick you up.

We rented 2 vehicles and had no problems.

Crown Bay is next to the Airport. That is the best source of rental cars. Search Travelocity for cars at airport code STT. Several of the major rental companies will be found.
