lovinsea Posted July 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2007 Hi, we are 3 couples who will rent a Van and drive to San Pedro from Vegas, for our cruise in Oct. Can anyone give me info on how far the parking is to the pier and whether they have shuttle service to and from the pier? Does it become congested especially at disembarktion to get to the parking and get back to the pier and pick us up and the luggage? The hotel we are staying the night before does not provide transportation to the pier. Thank you Ann

jlp20 Posted July 7, 2007 #4 Share Posted July 7, 2007 Actually, there are two areas to park. The first is right infrnt of the cruise center. The second is just to the North, but since you have to go around one of the slips, I guess it’s a total of ¼ mile after walking around everything. There is a free tram from this area back to the cruise center.. Security or the cruise center makes the decision ahead of time as to where to funnel the traffic as it arrives. You can’t choose the lot in front of the cruise center yourself, the gates may be shut.
PhoenixCruiser Posted July 8, 2007 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2007 Parking is very convenient right at the pier! Last December it was $12 per day. ###
