Big Bus vs Vancouver Trolley?

Any recommendations of one over the other? Prices and routes seem similar, so wondering if we should just hop on the first one that comes by, or if we'd enjoy ourselves more on the other.

We asked the same question when we arrived at the hotel. The reply was that the big red bus comes every 15 minutes throughout the day, so you spend less time waiting around.
