Hotels Near Port of Miami

Will be sailing the Jewel in Jan '08 and would appreciate any info on hotels near the Port of Miami and if any of them provide shuttle service from the hotel to the Port. Thanks in advance for any info.

The hyatt regency is right there and it's a great hotel!

We stayed at a Holiday Inn nearby, don't remember the address but it is probably the closest one to the Pier. It had a shuttle from the airport and to the pier. Nice and convenient, and a good price.

Holiday Inn has a shuttle from the airport, I was told by someone else that they didnt??

A very nice hotel right across the bridge from the Miami Port is the Intercontinental. While they don't provide a free shuttle the cost of a taxi would be minimal. The hotel is located right near Bayside which has several restaurants and stores.

I agree with Keith, my family and I stayed at the Intercontinental for our May cruise and will stay again. It's a beautiful hotel and very close to the port as well.

The Holiday Inn at the Port of Miami does not have a shuttle. It's only a 10$ or so cab ride to the pier.

 

Maybe you were at another Holiday Inn?

January is already booking up fast near the Pier. I wouldn't spend too many more days thinking about it. You better book now.
