Suite is across from Laundrette, will this be a problem?

Our cabin is 863, was wondering if we will be bothered with a lot of noise and traffic secondary to laundrette. Its a Penthouse A suite. I remember on Silver sea the door to the laundrette was heavy and closed shut hard and loud. I'm hoping this will not be the same situation.

If it's Voyager you're talking about, you won't have a problem. The laundries are locked until 0700-0730, depending on who is tending to it, and the doors don't slam. If it's Mariner, you definitely won't have a problem, because the laundries are in the center section; different config than Voyager. With your stateroom # I assume you're talking about Voyager.

We were on the Voyager this spring, and used the laundry room more than once.

 

There was no noise in the area.

 

You will be just fine.
