October Fishing from Victoria

Does anyone have info or experience with fishing charters out of Victoria? We have an entire day there and it'd be nice if my DH could do one of his favorite activities: fishing. That way I can dawdle in town guilt free. Maybe ride out to Butchart on the bus, and stroll around all day.

 

Any ideas on how good fishing would be in late October, and what he could expect to catch?

Check out Oak Bay Marine Group, I believe they have day charters out of Victoria. As I'm not a fisherman (woman; person) I have no idea what the fishing would be like at that time of year.
