Hotels with shuttle service from FLL to hotel and Miami port

Are there any hotels that give shuttle service from FFL airport, to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port in Miami?

You'll find free shuttles from the Ft Lauderdale airport to the hotel but you will not find any free shuttles from the Ft Lauderdale area hotels to the Port of Miami.

You can always take a hotel shuttle from your hotel back to the airport and hop on the Tri-County Airport Express shuttle to the Port of Miami for $18 per person.

Check with the hotel concierge, or Bell Captain. If the hotel does not offer the service, and most will not, then they can put you in touch with a service that will pick you up at the hotel and deliver you to the ship. We did this a couple of years ago and the cost was about $75 - $80.

The Ramada at the Ft Lauderdale airport has packages that include a shuttle from the hotel to the port of Miami. You have to call them direct to set that up. They have the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is fine for a short stay. I have heard the free breakfast was good also.

The shuttle they offer to Port of Miami is not free.

The property itself is old and dated. It's on a heavily traveled truckers route in the "bad" section of town. The surrounding no-name hotels rent rooms by the hour and when they're sold out guess where the overflow goes.... Because it's so cheap it draws an element that by all means you'd want to avoid. If you read our local papers and read about the activities that police are constantly called out for you would run far, far away.

Is it really worth ruining your vacation over a few bucks? You can do alot better without spending much more.

We stayed here in February and they have a courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the pier.

 

The hotel was clean, newly refurbished and very comfortable. You are not near the pier but there are restaurants and stores within a very comfortable walking distance.
