Question about Charleston Parking

For those that have cruised out of Charleston - is the per day rate for parking (currently $15) for each 24-hour period or for each individual day? For instance, if I park my car at 3PM on Wednesday and pick it up by 3PM on Sunday, am I charged for 4 days (four 24-hour periods) or for 5 days (Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun)? It doesn't matter much either way, I'm just trying to figure out how much cash I'll need. Besides, $15 less spent there gives me $15 more to spend elsewhere!

When we park there (not for the cruise) they charge in 24 hour increments.
