Dear friends,

 

I have a duplicate metal model of MSC Opera (I've bought it on my last cruise, but I already had it!). I'd like to trade it by a similar model of other of the ships I've cruised but I didn't bought their models:

 

- Costa Favolosa (I want the metal model - I have the resine model yet!)

- Costa Classica (pre-refurbishment to "neoClassica")

- Splendour of The Seas

- Horizon and Zenith

- Empress/Empress of the Seas

- Mistral/Grand Mistral

- Island Escape

- Orient Queen (now Louis Aura)

There's currently a Splendour of the Seas model listed on eBay. I bought one this past weekend and noticed another one is listed.

I have been placing them on our breakfast bar, one every few days, as we count down to our 12/26/16 Liberty sailing. My wife loves it, but she did point out we haven't been on any of the ships that have "sailed" in to our "breakfast bar port" so far! I enjoy the collection even if I haven't sailed on the ships yet! Who knows? Maybe i can trade for the ones I have been on?

If anyone has a Celebrity Mercury they would be willing to part with I would like to give it a new home.

 

Of course that was the first ship I was on and like everyone else didnt start collecting until 2nd cruise.

 

I have a Celebrity Solstice I could trade. No Mercury, though.

Just off of the Norwegian Getaway... I told DW we should start collecting the ship models! 39.99 on board.

 

I told her, lets just wait and get it off of eBay... :mad::mad::mad:

 

Why is the ebay market not saturated with these!!!!???? lol... I saw the same models for twice the price on average.

 

Is the network here strong enough to have cruisers pick up ships and send during their travels? I need to catch up on all of the ships listed in my signature...

Hi everyone, I collect all the ships as well! I have each and every one from my past 16 cruises, either bought on board or on eBay, but my last cruise on celebrity infinity I was not able to get one. They were sold out, and the young lady working at the store said that they were having a disagreement with the manufacturer and did not know when they would be getting anymore in. Does anyone have an actual these they are looking to sell? I have a couple trips coming up next year as well, Carnival fantasy, crown princess, and harmony of the seas, if anyone needs one of those just let me know. Thanks!

I actually check ebay once a week for the ones I need and today I am pretty sure I saw the Infinity up for sale.. Take a peek!

Hi I'm looking for the Nieuw Amsterdam model they sell on board. Forgot to buy one when I was onboard. I'm actually going to be in Vancouver when she docks on May 6 next year but I think it's impossible to buy one when it's docked? If anyone has one to sell or can get one I would really appreciate it.

I have Allure, visions, carnival inspiration, Seward, Equinox,

Radiance, MS Sunward, Star Princess, Emerald princess,

I just bought Sovereign of the Seas model at a flea market for eight dollars. How much do they sell these on the ships? I have never bought any of these but since this was our first cruise ship, I couldn't pass it up. I don't know if it is missing life boats on it either. I am guessing it is eight inches long? I know Sovereign is gone from Royal. Any information would be great. Thanks
