Shopping and town tour

Hey,

 

Anyone just walk around town, shop a bit, eat and then get back on the ship? We would like to see a bit of local culture, hit Margarittaville for t-shirts and shop a bit before getting back on the ship. We're only there for about 7 hours so I don't think we are going to do an excursion. This is our first trip to the Cayman Islands. Any suggestions or recommendations? Will we transportation from the tender to town etc??

When you tender in the town is right there.

Lots of eating places, shops etc...you could see the whole town in an hour.

There is a local bus that will take you to the beach or other locations on the island
