Ok, I have decided on this beach. How do you catch the bus from the pier? Is the bus stop close?

Come out of the entry gates of our Bridgetown Harbour

and take the left at the roundabout that sits there.

 

Follow that road - it leads to Chefette(local fast food chain)...

without crossing the road to Chefette,

I'm pretty sure there's a bus stop on 'your' side of the road

opposite the fast food joint.

 

Before you get on the bus though,

ASK if that particular bus is going to Speightstown*

because many bus routes pass there,

but not all of them may be making their way up the West Coast road ("Hiway" 1)

thru Holetown and beyond..to Speightstown,

so do make sure,okay?

 

*pronounced Spites-town

(I don't want you sounding too much like a tourist freshly-arrived! lol)
