Information needed about ordering gift baskets that are delivered to cruise ship

I would like to order a gift basket to be delivered to the ship leaving from San Pedro for our traveling companions' wedding anniversary. I've checked out the offerings thru Princess but nothing really jumps out. Has anyone used another outside company to have gifts delivered to a cruise ship?
