I've tried on different days thinking that it needed time to synch up with the database, but still no luck. I've quadruple checked the number and it's definitely the right one... "The Crown & Anchor number you entered could not be found in our files. Please check the number and try again." Has anyone else had any issues on this front? How did it get resolved? Do I need to call C&A? I know that they were having problems with the online sign up earlier this year. My DD tried numerous times and finally gave up and called. sammee Posted September 9, 2007 #6 Share Posted September 9, 2007 This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I did it on a Friday. Even though it says you can log in right away, it didn't happen.
