Just call Carnival's Bon Voyage department. The number is on their web site. You have to call to get an order for your room... you can not order it on-line.

I ordered several bottles of wine from the Bon Voyage Department from the Carnival website. They will be delivered to me on embarkation. I ordered on-line.

Yes you can do wine online, the OP wants the hard stuff, which can only be ordered by calling.

There is no way to order bottles of liquor on line. You have to call the Bon Voyage number, press 1 and then specifically tell the person that you want to order liquor for your cabin. She will then read off the different brands for the kind of liquor that you want. We ordered a bottle of Absolut vodka and a bottle of Appleton rum for our upcoming cruise, they were forty dollars each. So, for eighty bucks my wife and I can have lots of mixed drinks throughout the cruise. It sure beats the eight to nine dollars per mixed drink from the waiters. You also cannot order bottles of liquor from room service once on board.
