Tour operators in St Marteen

Does anyone know of any good tour operators in St Marteen We are going on the Caribbean Princess on Dec 11 and would like to maybe book a tour on our own to save a little $$$$$. I am just nervous not going with the ships excursions. If something happens I do not want to have to try and find a way back to the ship at the next port of call. Do alot of you book tours on your own and have you ever had any problems??? Thanks!!! : )

If you look on-line for tour operators, make sure you put in St. Maarten (Dutch side) or St. Martin (French side) ....NOT "St. Marteen", as there is no such place.

Have you checked on the Port of calls board located on the main screen. Lots of wonderful ideas there
