Confused about alcohol

You may or may not get a box wine through their system.

The rule is $15 per 750ml. If you have a magnum or box, they will charge accordingly. But then again, if you get somebody not so smart, lazy or i a good mood, you might pay only $15.

Not true!! Firstly there is no written rule that I can find. Secondly, we have had first hand reports of people brining magnums and being charged $15 per bottle. Now if people started bringing SALMANAZER's, BALTHAZAR's, or NEBUCHADNEZZAR's they might start changing their tune. But, then again when people start abusing a good thing, NCL usually changes the "rules" to fight back.

re: rule

You can debate this all you want, but those that have gone down this road many times will tell you it is $15 per 750ml.

BUT - as said above, sometimes they do NOT charge the full charge. Some people have even paid one $15 with multiple bottles. And many have indicated they paid nothing.

You mileage may vary. YMMV

If you are carrying wine onboard, should it be in your carryon? If so, when and where do you declare it? What happens if you just leave it in your checked luggage?

Please see post #3 on this very thread for the info you need.

BTW if you leave it in your checked luggage and they catch it they will keep it and return it to you at the end of your cruise and you run the risk on not being able to enjoy your wine at all.
