I understand it's $25.00 for breakfast, and $100.00 for dinner.

I believe the Ultimate Balcony Breakfast has recently gone up to $28/cabin and the Ultimate Balcony Dinner is $100 per 2 people (i.e. $50pp). For the dinner, it was a wonderful experience and worth the money. I chose Surf and Turf and the lobster was massive and the steak was very tender and tasty!
