C&A question

Hi,

 

Hubby and I were told on our last cruise that we needed 1 more cruise to become diamond members. We have booked a b2b and are wondering how it all works. Have read you can check your C&A status, how? I sent an email about 2 weeks ago and have had no response. Any information will be appreciated.

On the US RCI website, you can sign into C&A and access your cruise history and status. I don't know if that is possible for you. On the b2b, if you are wondering about becoming Diamond after the first week, this is what to do. Go to the LA while on the first cruise and explain that you will be Diamond for the next week. She will be able to give you your Diamond coupons and concierge key on the first day of your second cruise. Also, if you are in a balcony or suite, after that first cruise, you will be refunded the differenct in price of the second cruise and the Diamond discount. We became Diamond after the first of a b2b cruise, and this is how it worked for us.

Surprised you did not get an E-mail back. I assume you sent it to Crown and Anchor in Miami? Call them at toll-free 800-526-9723. They are open Sunday 10am to 6pm

Sadly we here in UK cannot at this moment check our C&A Status online....although...we should be able to very soon..fingers crossed :)

 

I am surprised C&A havent got back to you...drop me an email and I will give you a name etc of lady who should be able to help :D
