Weather in Southern Carribean in early April ??

We are planning our second cruise for March 29-April 5th, 2009....yes, I know it's a long way off, but being where we're situated and how much money we have to spend on airfare to get to the cruise ship, we plan very carefully ! Our first cruise we went on a 7 day on Carnival Pride to the Mexican Riviera in early/mid Septemeber. Very lucky of us to hit amazing weather and we also got to all of the ports.....we're now thinking of trying an 8 day on the Miracle - Southern Carribean route. Now, I realize it's not hurricane season, but does anyone know how much rain we can or can't expect.....we live in the Arctic and sunshine is soooo important to us, lol !

The average temp is in the low to mid 80's. If there are showers they do not last long and move quickly out of the area. You should have beautiful weather.

I personally thanks its the best time of the year. Usually no rain, warm, but nice breeze. School is still in session, kids are not bad.

In my opinion, it is the best time of the year, Southern Caribbean has the greatest weather year round but can get really hot in June July & August.

You will have great weather and very little chance of rainstorms (overall)....Enjoy what sounds like a terrific vacation..oh, what ship is doing the itinerary that far out???
