Rare crusinbanjo Posted October 11, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2007 I was getting ready to book on the Feb 15 sailing on the Navigator to the western Carib, when the TA mentioned that the ship would not be stopping at Santo Tomas de Castilla? Does anybody know if this is correct and if they are substituting another port. One of the main reasons I want to book this cruise is to see the ruins at Tikal, and if that isn't available, I guess I'll keep looking for another cruise. Wendy The Wanderer Posted October 11, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2007 Interesting. Did they give a reason? Were any other ports changed (like you were going to Costa Maya originally?) Our 7-day itinerary in December includes Santo Tomas, and I don't believe it's sold out yet.
redcisco Posted October 11, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2007 That's weird. Their website still has Santo Tomas on the itinerary. Is your TA sure? http://www.rssc.com/voyage/details.jsp?code=NAV080215
Rare crusinbanjo Posted October 11, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted October 11, 2007 I called Regent directly this morning, the TA was mistaken. Santo Tomas is on the schedule and the itinerary has not changed. Sorry to stir things up!:o
