WE BID THROUGH PRICELINE AND ENDED UP MAKING AN ERROR. WE WANTED TO BOOK IN JERSEY CITY AND WE WON A BID @ CROWNE PLAZA, CLARK.....WE HAVE NO IDEA OF WHERE WE ARE GOING....IS THIS A SAFE AREA? WE WILL BE THERE ONE DAY BEFORE OUR CRUISE. IS THERE ANYTHING TO DO THERE? SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS? ALSO, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET TO NYC? IF SO, HOW? ANY INFO WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Crown Plaza where? Clarkstown? do you have the complete address. Thanks and I suggest you turn your caps off its considered yelling which I am sure you didn't intend to do....

you could try calling PL and see if they will let you rebid for the same dates and same time in the proper city......as you are 20 miles from where you intended to be....don't know what they will say, but who knows.....maybe they will be nice....tell them you don't want a refund, just to be able to rebid again...maybe they can help.....
