When do kids sail free

I am planning on booking the Navigator's 6/21/08 sailing to the Grand Mediterranean. However, if this is a kid's sail free cruise I would definitely want to change my sailing date. Any advice would be appreciated. Also any info. on our tentative - cabin 1121 deck 11. Thanks.
