Fantail Balconies

have booked upper deck fantail balcony cabins 6454,6456,6458 and 6489 all adjoining. the balconies look somewhat larger than average or is this just illusion , I suppose it helps to know that this is on the Valorand I know its not sailing yet so nobody haas 1st hand knowledge but she is same class as Conquest. so ifn anybody knows would appreciate your opinion. thnx John

THe balconies you have are aft balconies. You are located on deck 6- upper deck. You will see you are located above the lounge but I dont think you have to worry about noises. We stayed in cabin 6440 on the Victory-which was also ontop of a lounge and heard nothing all week. The balconies on the aft are bigger then they are on the side. We had plenty of room although we did not take lounge chairs out there. THe chairs they provided were good enough- THe view... ahh, the view. You wont have to worry about being on the wrong side of the ship to see the ports. you can see from both sides.

Would love to see pics of an aft on the Granduer. Please keep me in mind when you get back. I had an aft on the Voyager and although I did like it I was dissappointed in the begining.
