Best tours in Barbados?

Has anyone taken the Sea Eye Glass bottom hydrofoil? I am questioning if this would be a good tour or would the Brewery Distilled tour or Concorde Experience be better? Any help would be appreciated? Thanks, Linda

On the way out to the Concorde exhibit at the Airport,

that would be the time to hit Banks Breweries Ltd,

for a tour of the brewery, and freebies after!

 

I haven't done it, but I'm told the Concorde exhibit is worth the money

Bds.$35 (= US$17.50)per person,

and if you're an aviation enthusiast I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

 

And when you're at the airport

you're only about 2 miles away from The Crane Beach Hotel,

so you might as well hit that too!

Great scenery of their beach from the point out beyond the hotel,

looking back towards the beach,

and an awesome suspended bar overlooking the beach

where you can have a drink.

 

About a month ago,

Crane Beach told me their day rate is Bds.$25 per person (=U.S.$12.50)

and it's refundable at the bar and restaurant (beat that!)

-that'll also get you beach access and a chair,towel,etc.

so you may want to do little else but soak up one of our very nicest beaches for the day,

before returning to your ship ..but it's your day!

 

Believe me...it's not easy to leave The Crane, once you get there.

(Kinda like... bury me here, when I die?!)
