Saphire Princess Cabin D739 SMELLS

Has anybody stayed in the Aft suites lately and can you tell me if the odor from the food grinder vents has been fixed on the Dolphin Deck.

Some have said that On Saphire the vent blows on D740 and on Diamond it blows on D741.

We will be traveling for 31 days this April and need an update. Hopefully the smell is not bad for D739 or I dont know............

Thanks

This is a hotly discussed topic, this is a small city and the smells must vent somewhere. I agree it should not be overwhelming. :)

I noticed that one person may have taken Princess to small claims court and it seems that they may have had to honor a GAG order for settlement.

It would be nice to know the full skoop.

Trying to find someone who has been in these cabins recently on Saphire.

Guess nobody is up yet:)

Hey this is the best source, did read all the threads but some confusion on one side of ship's may being worse than other.

I was in a balcony cabin right next to this (D740 or D741 - sorry, can't remember) and the smell was huge. Though - I went to a suite right next door to me and the smell was barely noticable. I know this sounds strange but it is very strong in the balcony cabin but one cabin over in the suites, it was barely noticable.

Thanks,

That seems to be what has been written. Being the ship is sold out the choices are now limited. However it is good to know or not:cool: .

You would think they would consider putting an air filter pack before the discharge. Oh well I am sure they have likely done all they can.
