NancyIL Posted October 31, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 31, 2007 At the top of the Alaska board's main page, click on the "Search this Forum" button. Type "Mahay" and do a "search by posts." You'll bring up lots of posts that way.

gazingm42 Posted November 1, 2007 #5 Share Posted November 1, 2007 Just wondering if anyone has use this company in Talkeetna. They have 3 different tours 2 hours, 3 1/2 hours and 5 hours. Does anyone have any comments good or bad about any of these tours? Thanks!! We did this tour in 2004. I think the one we did was the 3.5 hour. There was 2 of us. We had a time of our life. There was alot of wildlife to see along the way. We saw beavers, moose, eagles, etc. The guides were very nice and educational. The ride it self was unbelievable trip. When we were there we were in the middle of Salmon fishin as well. You can see some pics we took while on the river trip. Below I are a few links to a few pics taken from the trip on the River. Pic of the tour boat. Eagle seen on the trip. Back of the boat shot. Salmon fishing..

Chenega Posted November 1, 2007 #7 Share Posted November 1, 2007 I took my brother and nephew on the 3.5 hour trip two year ago when they came up for a visit and they really enjoyed it. Mahay's is a long-time locally-owned outfit with a good reputation.
