Cancel Cruise for April HAL Won't Give Back Insurance Money $200-What Can I do?

If no insurance, then 100% loss! :D And none of what I said would apply on this thread's topic.

I don't understand ... is this a question or a statement?

Just to clarify what I meant....

Presuming you can cancel at no loss up to final payment date (regardless of insurance), anyone could book 25 cabins then cancel 24 of them without loss.

This was in reply to your statement re HAL "opening themselves up to extensive "whim" bookings".

Yes, I understand if purchase of this insurance was involved in the transaction, it would stop that kind of thing.

But it won't stop it for people who don't buy HALs insurance anyway.... they don't stand to lose anything.

Are you with me??:D :D

Yes! We're on the Oosterdam, April 12, 2008......Anniversary Cruise....That is if DH doesn't throw me overboard before, on another cruise.

Watch the headlines; look for: "Tall blonde given the boot by tall grey-haired guy and as he was pushing her over....he was yelling "enough is enough blondie!"
