Favorite bar on the Destiny?

It's been a while, but the girl in the Karaoke Bar was always on top of everything we wanted... She even started making our drinks when she saw us walk in after 2 nights. Needless to say, she got lots of extra tips :) I wish I could remember her name, but she's probably transferred ships by now.

Elena on the Liberty was the same way, walk up and before I could sit down there was a Coors Light. I was kinda thinking that about transfers too, by the time we sail, all the existing bartenders will probably be gone. But the bars won't.

don't have bar info, but...

Matagari just posted on the bathrobe thread that the Destiny has a beer & bathrobe partae on lido.

you S&S will undoutedly enjoy that.:D :p

Hell yeah, they had that on the Miracle when we were on it. We just watched though. I would never partake in such antics.

I agree with the above two posters, the little bar off the casino is a great place to have a few drinks. We also liked the martini bar to enjoy a cocktail just before dinner. The Casino bar itself is great to sit at and people watch. The Lido deck bar is fun, too.

Hmmmm, I think I see a pattern here.

My favorite bar on the Destiny was the aft Lido bar. You could sit at the bar and watch the people in the pool, or the wake from the ship. Renata was my favorite bartender at said bar. She has now been promoted to a bar manager on Paradise however.

Does anyone have a favorite bar or bartender on the Destiny? We are just off the Liberty and Elena at the atrium bar was awesome.

Seems to me that favorite would be the one that puts a little sumpin' sumpin' extra (booze) in said drinks :D

Okay, I think it would be easier to ask, which bar didn't you like.LMAO:D

Are all the bars located pretty much in the same area? Or are they spread out on the ship?

Most are located on the Promenade deck (Wine, Piano, Jazz, Disco, ect) and the Lido deck.

My favorite was the cigar bar but now I'm looking forward to Cheers (the wine bar).

I have to tell you that while I have been on just a few carnival ships when I sat down at the atrium bar and saw Elena I just knew I had met her before. it turns out we had sailed on the same ship at least once.

she (Elena) is a very special princess onboard the fleet of Carnival, she represents everything that you see and hear plus I know they train all the staff to remember names she excels in that part among many others.

she is also surrounded by many great employees also Lumanita, Tommy (how are you doin) and another great new friend Petra.

they made my three cruise in a row very enjoyable and memorable, so much so that I almost stayed another week. but alas I had too many Important meetings to attend.

This section of cruising ranks sooo right up there with the best of the best.

Hey, welcome back Zone. So how was a B2B2B. :D

I couldn't agree more with Elena and Lumanita. Those two were great. Service with a smile always, and very knowledgable about the ship, and pretty much the fleet.
