Where is SAPPHIRE MARINA?

I need to meet my catamaran tour there, but I just want to figure out where this is before I get there. Anyone know?

 

I will be coming from the Carnival Destiny.

Sapphire Marina is in the same location as Sapphire Beach, Sapphire Resort. Its a couple minutes from Red Hook. East end of St. Thomas.

 

More specifically, when heading into the Sapphire Property you head down toward the beach/resort and the marina is to the far right, through the parking area.

If I was coming in on the Carnival Destiny, would I have to take a cab to get to it?

Find a map of St Thomas. You'll see that from Charlotte Amalie (where the cruise ships dock), you'll need a cab to most places!

You can take a taxi or you can share a ride on one of the many open air trams that wait in line at the pier. Either way confirm your price first. The tram should be a little cheaper. It's a nice ride to Red Hook, maybe 30 minutes or so.

OK...I contacted them and found out that it's about 15-20 minutes away from where my ship is coming in. What can I expect for the price of a taxi for that kind of trip for two?

Crown Bay Dock to Sapphire - $11 pp, one way (shared taxi)
