Empress of the Sea arf cabins?

Has any one had a balcony cabin on this ship since it was redone. Are the aft ones alot larger balcony size than the side ones. How about noise on the side and aft ? Would like to book one for 2006 doing the 11 day s. carib. thanks

The afts are always bigger then the side balconies. I have sailed on afts on bigger ships. Have never tried the smaller ones. Ask about motions from back there. On our cruises we didnt feel any more motiong on the aft that we didnt elsewhere on the ship. Its a further walk to the elevator but the hallways are quieter. Seems the balconies on the aft are suites. On deck 7 are those cabins suites also??
