are soda refills free at Johnny Rockets?

We decided not to buy the soda card, since we won't be drinking enough soda to get our money's worth. However, if we buy a soda at Johnny Rockets, are refills free? If so, we can get our soda fix at least one day :D

I'm not sure if things have changed since then, but my husband and I were on the Explorer of the Seas in August 2006 (last year) and went to Johnny Rockets.

 

I had 1 soda (no refills), my husband ordered a soda and then had a refill. We were charged for 3 sodas.

When you buy a soda and you are not using the soda card, you are served a can of soda, thus making the refills not free. If they were free, you can bet where a majority of the passengers would be spending their time. ;)

Our sodas at Johnny Rockets were Fountain Soda (not cans). We did not have a soda card.

 

I had one (no refills), my husband had one then asked for a refill. We were charged for 3 sodas.

 

In the dining room at dinner, if I ordered a soda, I was served a can.
