No, Sapphire does not have MUTS.

From what I understand is that the ships that currently don't have MUTS will not be retrofitted for MUTS.

That is what I understand too... and what that means is we will most likely see those with MUTS in the warmer climate itineraries.

Probably because they use a generic deck plan rather than specific to the ship. :(

Yes, they often do use a generic deck plan, and when you couple that with bad proofreading, you compound the errors.
