Is anyone else having trouble signing in on the Princess Website? I have been trying for 3 days. My infor had been saved prior to Sunday. Now it says that my email address cannot be found.

It might be the time of day you are trying to access it. If it is a busy time, it will not be able to let you in. I found this w/the cruise personalizer. Try at an off time, either very early or very late.

I've been in the Princess site several times a day over the past couple of weeks with no problems' date='[/b'] you need to recheck your e-mail address and password with Princess, if no success on-line call them to clear up.

 

You might also want to delete your Temporary Internet Files from the "Tools" on your Internet Explorer.

You wouldn't be trying to sign in from a non-us/canada location are you? I cannot sign into My Princess from here in the UK with the same error you are getting.

I didn't have any problem. Maybe try to clear the cache file as the others suggested

we couldn't sign in from u.k. as they book us all as a large party so therefor could not sign in singly.
