trulyfree Posted November 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2007 I have snorkel excursions at Belize, Grand Cayman and Cozumel and the Zip line in Ilsa of Roatan. Will we still be able to snorkel if it is raining? I am so ready to go on my trip but kinda bum on the raining part. Will it still be warm? cruzeluver Posted November 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 20, 2007 I wouldn't stress about it. A 60% chance of rain is typical. It rains quite frequently in the western Caribbean. But usually the showers are very brief.
blindrid Posted November 20, 2007 #3 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Just a for instance, in December there are 45% of the days indicate rainfall. I wouldn't worry abut it either.
cb at sea Posted November 20, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Unless there is an electrical storm with the rain, what difference would it make? You're in the water, already wet! Not great weather for sunning, but for snorkling--I can't see where it would matter much!

chasetf Posted November 21, 2007 #6 Share Posted November 21, 2007 Will we still be able to snorkel if it is raining? Yes... but you just won't be able to get dry. I am so ready to go on my trip but kinda bum on the raining part. That is pretty standard for the wintertime and why cruises are cheaper in the winter time. Will it still be warm? Yes... still should be in the 80's.
