CLQ Posted November 23, 2007 #26 Share Posted November 23, 2007 Have done last 2 weeks after Thanksgiving. If our schedule hadn't changed, we would want to do this every year. Perfect timing. Caribbean weather/water is great, ships are pretty calm and restful. Not that many kids. One TA told me once that this is the cheapest week in the water. Not sure, but we found prices to be reasonable. Decorations are great, really add to the fun.

Silvery Seas Cruiser Posted November 23, 2007 #29 Share Posted November 23, 2007 We took Jewel of the Seas right after Thanksgiving for a six day cruise. Every day they put up more decorations. The ship was beautiful by the last day. Not may kids on board either. We liked that cruise so much we are taking Independence of the Seas right after Thanksgiving in November 2008.
