we are going on an 8 day cruise this saturday....i was wondering if anybody knows how somebody can contact the ship if were at sea, and there is a problem at home.....(elderly in-laws)....thanks

724-SHIP. Or from outside the U.S. they can call (732) 335-3285. The

cost is $7.95 USD a minute and can be charged to their American

Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® or Diners Club®.

From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also

Tell friends and family that unless your being there will make a life or death difference, you can find out about it when you return!

The key items here is make sure they have a credit card or the call cannot be made. Also make sure they know the ship name and your cabin number. They must have all this information.

 

We had this happen to our family about five years ago when our business was destroyed by fire while on a cruise. My family stated it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with us.
