The Panama Canal is a great trip. We've done it three times, and perhaps will do it again someday.

 

I still think Jimmy Carter was wrong to give it back to Panama. After all, we stole it fair and square!

We stole the land ... we built the canal (well, most of it) and made it work. :)

 

I agree. I love doing a transit (partial or full) through the canal. It's a wonderful cruise.

We went through the locks a little late - but late is better than never going through them.

 

And we get to go back through them tomorrow as we head down to Ecuador.
