Rolles96 Posted December 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Does the Enchantmet of the Seas have beach towels in the rooms for use when you go ashore?
wrp96 Posted December 7, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Yes. They will provide one for each person in the room. Don't forget to return it though, there's a $20 charge if you don't.
CruiseQueenie Posted December 7, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Good Morning: We were on the Liberty November 10th and they no longer put beach towels in your room. You have to go to the pool deck and sign them out. It was a big pain in the butt. They didn't start signing them out till 8:00am. Because they now use the "Royal Caribbean" towels, they said they no longer leave in the room, you have to sign them out so if you don't return, you get charged for how many you signed out. This was a problem for a few people who said they returned their towels and got a charge on their VISA. Not sure if they are doing this fleet wide but this is how it was on Liberty. Happy Holidays! Glama Posted December 7, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2007 On our Enchantment cruise, they left us two of the yellowish towels in our cabin on the first day. Are these the towels they charge $20 for? We had a hard time getting them replaced by the steward, she'd take them, but then we'd have to go ask for more, she wouldn't leave fresh ones. cmason Posted December 7, 2007 #5 Share Posted December 7, 2007 on our Nov 18 Freedom Cruise, they had the beige towels in the room for use on the pool deck or beach. You simply exchanged them for fresh,or the cabin steward did it for you.
BillfromWV Posted December 7, 2007 #6 Share Posted December 7, 2007 On every cruise we have ever been on we got the beige towels in the room which were replaced daily. On Liberty at Thanksgiving, we got nicer Royal Caribbean Towels but you had to check them out and return them by the end of the cruise. You could exchange them as often as you needed to. If they were not returned, you were charged $25.00. This will probably discourage towels being left behind at Labadee and Towels left unattended for hours by the chair hogs on deck. This was the way I did my christmas shopping this year, chair hogs found their towel gone. LOL. Bill
Barbee524 Posted December 7, 2007 #7 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Don't even worry about the charge, if you misplace your towel just take one of the chair hos and turn it in. No I haven't done this but it sure is tempting.

cb at sea Posted December 7, 2007 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2007 You can get more than 1 towel per person--and don't worry about losing them--HOW do you lose a towel!??
