Russia Moscow Question

We are booked on the Viking River Waterways of the Czars for early Oct 2008.

We will do the pre-cruise trip to Helskini before entering Russia.

 

I know the VISA process for Russan can be difficult.

We will have 2 full days in Moscow with Viking River tours before the scheduled departure day. We will not have any free time before going to the airport on our departure day. Will 2 full days give us enough time to see Moscow? Should I go though the VISA hassel program and get 1 extra day in Moscow before flying home?

 

Thanks for the help and any information on maybe staying 1 extra day in Moscow.

Hi MSEm,

I took the cruise in July from St. Petersburg to Moscow. I would have loved another day in St. Petersburg & one more in Moscow. We loved our trip, but there was no free time at all in St. Petersburg & only an afternoon free in Moscow.
