While I haven't booked my flights yet we are leaving northbound out of Vancouver after a wedding in Seattle. From other posts the concensus is that driving or taking the bus from Seattle to Vancouver can encounter a multi hour delay at the border. I am taking others advice and have booked Amtrak, only $25 each person, oneway from Seattle to Vancouver, no customes issues.

They only have one train per day leaving at about 7:30 am but at this fare it seemed quite reasonable as I will have an extra day in Vancouver.

I book yesterday thur cont. for $308-FLL to Seatac for Sept 11,2008. Which is a lot cheaper than what I payed for last year for the same flight. And I thought what we payed last year was good instead of the high price that we would have payed going into to Van. which is were our shop left out of.
