? Vagabond Hotel San Pedro -help

Hi

We need a hotel for one night before a Princess Cruise. Everyone here seems to talk only about the Crowne Plaza and the Doubletree. My husband looked up the Vagabond and seems to think it looks great!

Anyone had any experience?

I stayed at the Vagabond Inn in San Diego and it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I understand it has been refurbished, but I still would never stay at another Vagabond Inn.

I have reservations at Crowne Plaza but I orignally booked Vagabond. I went on Hotwire & Priceline and got CP at a lower price than the Vagabond. Crowne Plaza is real close to the pier plus has free shuttle. So I would give PL and HW a try.

I'm trying the Holiday Inn - which is right next door. Got it for about 76.00 a night booking about 6 months ahead of time. Figure as long as it's clean and it's just a place to sleep for a couple of nights before we leave.
