Onboard Credit

Our TA told me that we would receive onboard credit for our cruise on the Majesty in January. Is there a way I can find out if it's already posted to our account, or do we even have an account since we don't cruise for 4 weeks? It's only $25 each, but I want to make sure we have it when we board. We're first-time cruisers and don't know how these things work, so any help would be appreciated.

since you booked with a TA, NCL won't talk to you...only to the TA.

you should get something from the TA that shows the OBC. last year, for alaska, we got a OBC from the TA, there was a card in our room that we had to sign and turn in, then it showed up on our onboard account.
