Will CL be on the Radiance?

Hi,

We're going on the Radiance for the Panama Canal cruise in April. Will the CL be there for diamond members? Or will it be similar to the Explorer comments about the CL?

Are they experimenting with the "No access" rule on the Explorer for a specific reason or will this be fleetwide?

The CL on Radiance class ships is fairly small, so when there are large numbers of Diamond/Dplus passengers the open the sattelite lounge for them and have the regular CL for those in suites(GS and above). If there are not large numbers of D/Dplus then it makes no sense to close the CL to them.

 

On our recent Brilliance cruise There was an overflow lounge for the cocktail hour(s), but we (Diamond) still had acces to the regular CL. I suppose as people keep becoming Diamond status, they may have to make the "CL for suites only" a permanent thing.

The Concierge gets his/her instructions from Miami on whether to open the CL to D/D+ guests. This is all dependent on the number of D/D+ pax sailing on any particular cruise.
