Carrying water & pop on board

This may sound like an odd question, but if you wish to bring pop & water on board do you have to carry it on yourself or can you put it in a tote bag and check it in with your checked luggage?

You can do it either way. We've put it in a separate tote bag and attached a Princess luggage tag to it and received it at our room. Some people attach a luggage tag directly to the case of water or soda. Others carry it on themselves. Whatever you feel more comfortable with. Either way, it should make it to your room as long as you have your luggage tag on it.

I carry a 6 pack of Diet Coke onboard with me everytime and have experienced no problems on embarkation.

We just purchased (2) cases of water and taped a cabin tag on each and had them delivered to our cabin with our luggage. They arrived perfect!

This is what we did and we also had no problem with delivery. It is really handy when you go ashore.
